Event Description:
The City of Tustin, in partnership with the Cal State Fullerton- North Small Business Development Center (SBDC), is pleased to announce this opportunity to participate in a hands-on webinar series to assist small business owners in identifying when and how to expand and drive their business to the next level. This event takes place every Thursday, from October 22 - November 5.

Session A @ 9am - 10:30am / Session B @ 6pm - 7:30pm
Module #3 - Cash & Plan
Description: Cash is king. But the question is: cash for growth or growth for cash? To grow, you need to maintain adequate cash flow. In this module, you will understand your numbers through your P&L and build your financial projection to support your growth plan. This class will teach out how to accurately project out growth, model it, and stress test it to make sure capital will work effectively with your growth plan.
Program Structure:
- A total of 3 direct engagement meetings
- Required Vetting & Assignment to 1:1 consulting
- Market Research Reports to all Approved Participants
- 1:1 consultation meetings with OCIE SBDC consultant in between cohort meetings/sessions
