Event Description:
The City of Tustin, in partnership with the Cal State Fullerton- North Small Business Development Center (SBDC), is pleased to announce this opportunity to participate in a hands-on webinar series to assist small business owners in identifying when and how to expand and drive their business to the next level. This event takes place every Thursday, from October 22 - November 5.

Session A @ 9am - 10:30am / Session B @ 6pm - 7:30pm
Module #2 - Customers
Description: There is only one boss: CUSTOMERS! Growth in your business is all about attracting new customers and/or expanding what your existing customers are buying from you. This module will take your growth plan and help you hon in your efforts on bettering the outcomes of your current marketing efforts, defining your target areas that you are trying to reach and developing a strategy to grow your customer base.
Program Structure:
- A total of 3 direct engagement meetings
- Required Vetting & Assignment to 1:1 consulting
- Market Research Reports to all Approved Participants
- 1:1 consultation meetings with OCIE SBDC consultant in between cohort meetings/sessions
