Event Description:
The City of Tustin, in partnership with the Cal State Fullerton- North Small Business Development Center (SBDC), is pleased to announce this opportunity to participate in a hands-on webinar series to assist small business owners in identifying when and how to expand and drive their business to the next level. This event takes place every Thursday, from October 22 - November 5.

Module #1 - Planning and People
Description: Every business faces a series of challenges on its path to growth. This module covers a variety of successful approaches to growth. You will find out how to grow your business as you learn about successful growth opportunities, identify failure in growth and pitfalls to avoid, and take actions setting your growth plan as aligned with your vision.
Program Structure:
- A total of 3 direct engagement meetings
- Required Vetting & Assignment to 1:1 consulting
- Market Research Reports to all Approved Participants
- 1:1 consultation meetings with OCIE SBDC consultant in between cohort meetings/sessions
